This text was very dry but communicated a great deal of information. There was little opportunity for practical exercises on some of the concepts, and the text did not lend itself to creating an interesting and inclusive approach to teaching/learning the material.

This is great book to use if you are in the process of taking higher level graduate courses. The author provides case studies that are relevant and thought provoking.
