I have never written a review…everyone has different needs so I will try point out things that I think everyone will find useful: there are several spelling and grammar problems-several cards had no pictures or drawings, there were several which were very incomplete or useless (ex-knee effusion didn’t mention gono and no breakdown of tap findings and no tx-and there was the picture of cleft lip-which told me it was a cleft lip…gee thanks)
I was left with the feeling that this was rushed to press..to make some cash???
Fix them-and get some reviewers next time- and give me my money back.

Never mind the retard who gave this product a single star. He was probably the one rushing.
These cards are wonderfully illustrated and covers all the major topics that you will very likely see (and have seen) on the test: CV, derm, endo, ENT, GI, GU, Heme, Immuno, ID, multisystem, neuro, OB/GYN, ophtho, peds, psych, resp, rhematology. Each section is color-coded and it’s quite fun to go through with a friend. It’s ultra portable so you can take to to the restaurant, in the car, at the park, and just go thru it with a study buddy. It’s worth the money and Conrad Fischer IS the bomb! Combine this with USMLE World, Kaplan notes, USMLE Secrets, Secrets Q&A book and First Aid for Step 2 and you’ll be rockin n rollin to the stars. Do your best!! It’s a harrowing affair for all of us…….

Great for last minute review esp if you’re shakey on cardio – murmurs and EKG. Combine with flashcards for 200 most likely diagnosis and diagnostic tests. The pharm cards are prob more useful for step 3

Quick and high-yield review of relevant clinical findings for USMLE Step 2CK. Very well illustrated (color pictures) and additional online multimedia clips where necessary. Most of them contain a picture on one side and the diagnostic and most likely cause for that finding on the other. Others have a test name on one side and how it’s done and indications on the other. I gave it only 4 stars because some online multimedia clips are “upcoming.”
